Yuriy Hladych, MSyl – Operations Director
After 3 years in military boarding school in Ukraine, his journey commenced as a Security Events and Patrol Officer, evolved steadily into the position of Operations Manager, and then advanced even further into a role of substantial influence in effectively managing a fully established business.
With over 20 years of experience in the security industry, Yuriy leads our team with a strategic vision to stay one step ahead of the security industry’s ever-changing environment. His commitment to compliance and quality control ensures that TMA Security remains at the forefront of the latest security industry practices, and clients receive the highest standards of service delivery.
His management and security skills have been recognised through the Security Institute’s screening, where he has been awarded full member status and the post-nominal designation of MSyl.
